The past few days have been a bit of a roller coaster for me. First I discover my bank account was in the red and I had no prospects for a job. (Thankfully the notice didn't take into account the money I deposited from my cat sitting job so I'm ok.)
Then I went on the date yesterday and had a good time but then realized, as I know you knew I would, that I have absolutely no idea where to proceed from here with that.
Today, I sent off three applications and was called by the library in Lady Vader's town and asked to come in for an interview on Wednesday. Remember that test I took with them? (You know, the one where I scored pretty high yet they still rejected me?) Well, they used that to create a pool to draw from instead of placing a new ad. Honestly, I don't really know anything about the job but it's a job and in a library so good enough I say.
I was just so preoccupied with my date that I didn't tell you the movies I saw over the vacation weekend. As you know, my family loves to watch movies. We saw MouseHunt, the original Mine, Yours and Ours with Henry Fonda and Lucille Ball and Shenandoah with Jimmy Stewart. In addition to being the order we watched them in, I think that's the order of quality as well; from worst to best although none actually sucked or were keepers either.
Oh I watched the first of the Boris Karloff movies recently. The Ape was one of the most boring things I've seen in who knows how long. Frankly, it was making even playing "Tetris" on my Gameboy boring...
