The Force of Nature Quiz

I started my internship today. The 3 1/2 hours were mainly spent watching a video seminar on customer service. Not knowing what had been going on in the library, I really couldn't contribute to the discussions on how to improve things in the area of customer service. I did realize one thing though. Actions really do speak louder than words or, more to the point, body language is what is picked up not words. The lecturer told people to touch their cheek but touched her chin. What did I touch? My chin!
Because it took an hour fifteen to get there last time, I allowed myself and hour and a half this morning, getting up at 5am. It took 45 minutes. I could have slept an extra half-hour! Argh!
It did take an hour fifteen to get home though. Why does the trains go slower at non-rush hour times? Obviously, because someone feels no one needs to get anywhere important if they're already at work. My question is, why should this matter? I'd gladly pay an extra quarter to get home quicker if it came to that.
